We are custom floorcloth makers. In general, we are creating floorcloths in consultation with you, to your size, shape, pattern and palette specifications. We do not accept returns of custom floorcloths, except in the case where the floorcloth is in some manner flawed. If you believe that your floorcloth has a defect, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or 503-206-2631 and provide photos and a description of the defect. We will assess the issue and if we determine that the floorcloth is flawed, we work with you towards a satisfactory resolution, be it a discount, replacement or refund. Please inspect your floorcloth on receipt – we will not consider remedies for floorcloth you have had in your possession for more than 14 days.
We ship using a variety of services, from UPS and FedEx to common carrier freight service for larger items. We require signatures for delivery of items valued over $500. If your purchase arrives damaged, save all packaging and take photographs immediately, then contact us. We will work with you and the shipper to determine the proper course of action.
